1872 FIRE STATION SALE
The City of Shelby is selling it’s 1872 historic fire station building using the Community Improvement Corporation of Shelby as its agent. Sealed proposals will be accepted until 4 PM on September 2, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted. Proposal information, map of the area to be sold can be seen below.
