RCAP is working alongside the City of Shelby Utilities Office to complete a water service line survey in accordance with the Ohio EPA Lead Service Line mapping mandate. The City of Shelby, Division of Water is encouraging all homeowners to complete the provided lead service line survey to determine the type of service line material that is coming in to your home from the water main.
