NOTICE: From Richland County EMA – Severe Weather Awareness Week will take place March 15-21, 2026. The Richland County, Mansfield and Shelby tornado sirens will participate in the Statewide Tornado Drill on Wednesday, March 18, at 9:50 AM.

The Richland County, Mansfield city & Shelby city Tornado Sirens will be activated on Wednesday, March 18th, at 9:50am for a Statewide Tornado Drill. Please note that the regularly scheduled tornado siren test scheduled for the last Wednesday of the month will still occur as planned.
