The Utilities Office is updating the billing software system. With this improvement, the current third party utilities invoice payment services provided by Invoice Cloud, will be discontinued. The final date of this service will be December 27th, at 11:59pm.
The utility payment service will be replaced by a new provider, Continental Utility Services, Inc. (CUSI). With the new utility billing system, we will be able to offer electronic services such as e-mail or text delivery of your monthly utility bill, online utility bill payment services, e-mail and text notifications, automated phone calls pertaining to utility office announcements and the ability for customers to view their utility account online at any time.
An announcement of the utility system improvement and the discontinuation of Invoice Cloud third party billing services will be published in the Daily Globe, with notices released through the Shelby Police Department FaceBook page, and WENS.
