Food Safety

The Shelby City Health Department is approved to proctor Level 2 Food Safety exams for students who purchase an online exam voucher through www.servsafe.com Please call 419-342-5226 and ask for Andrea or Beth to schedule your Level 2 exam.  You must provide proof that you took the 16 hour class either online or otherwise.  There is a $25 charge for Shelby City residents and a $50 charge for non-Shelby City residents.
